We will review what supplements I recommend based on health goals and why, demystify some of the trending supplements on the market. We demo some homemade protein balls, and participants will get to take home or eat.
$25/pp"Supermarket Smarts: How to read a nutrition label" We will review how to read a label, what everything could mean, what is misleading and we will do a mini product comparison. We will provide a heart healthy lunch: protein, veggie, starch and dessert.
$25/pp"Nutrition IQ: Macros, micros and everything in between" I will review the basic nutrition 101 and give participants a mini 20 w's quiz to gauge their awareness. $40/pp Prep & Planning: We will have prepare fixings and show you how to properly portion meals, what that looks like for different individuals and provide participants with recipes used. Each participant will get to take home 2 meals. We will provide a heart healthy lunch: protein, veggie, Carb. **This class plan for two hours and must have a fully equipped kitchen available or coordinate to come to our kitchen space at 1330 Glenarm Place.
