April 9th, 2017 marks the start of our 6 Week M*BODY Transformation Challenge, ending May 20th, winners announced May22nd.
How does it work?
You will be given a personalized plan fitness and nutrition plan based on YOUR goals, YOUR likes, YOUR lifestyle, and YOUR body.
30 Participants will be accepted into the challenge group by April 5th. After registering, and upon PayPal or check payment of $100 entrance fee, you will be sent a detailed questionnaire delving into who you are, what you like/dislike, your expectations and be given a plan that incorporates You, while challenges you to be better than YOU. Participants who sign up with a partner will each receive $20 off their entrance fee.
You will be sent your customized workout and nutrition plan on April 6th . You will look it over and mentally prepare yourself for the soon to come 6 week challenge.
You will send before photos and measurements with completed application questionnaire by the April 5th deadline to be entered into the challenge. (More detailed instructions of the challenge will be sent when you sign up but any inquires can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org)

Participants with the most daily challenge points will be among the top winners. Winners earn their placing with daily challenge points (50% ), participation in bonus challenges(10%), Facebook participation(10%), a final statement of learnings(15%), changes in physical body transformation(10%), fellow participants’ ratings (5%) .
Complacency is not a way to live. I want to bring you ALIVE. The way to do this is to pump you full of energy, know-how and confidence. There is no secret sauce to “happy,” or a perfect life, or perfect body it’s really just finding what works best for YOU. Having said this, sometimes we ALL need a little push and a little guidance. That’s nothing to be embarrassed about or frowned upon, starting somewhere is better than not starting at all. The best people in any field or passion had mentors to show them the basics, keep them accountable and push their limits. Continually learning, working and setting goals is the only way to keep moving forward and becoming better.
